/KASE, July 13, 15/ – Subsidiary Organization JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank), debt securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of July 1, 2015. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C57060010 of the bank makes up 2,000,000 units; - all authorized shares of the bank are outstanding; - the sole Bank'S shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the bank is CJSC VTB Bank.
