KASE Listing Commission gives consent to inclusion of proposed international bonds of KazTransGas Aimak in KASE official list's category "debt securities of entities from quasi-state sector"

/KASE, July 9, 15/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing commission of July 8, 2015 consent was given to inclusion of proposed international bonds of KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Astana) in KASE official list's category "debt securities of entities from quasi-state sector". This decision is at the same time a decision on inclusion of the said bonds in KASE official list by the said category which is effective after the issuer fulfills terms specified in items 1-2 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". More details of the said bond issue will be released on KASE website after the said decision of the Listing commission becomes effective. [2015-07-09]
