KazTransOil announces completion of reconstruction of section Barsengir– Atasu of main oil pipeline Pavlodar–Shymkent

/KASE, July 7, 15/ – KazTransOil JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the
following press release:

KazTransOil JSC completed reconstruction of 19 km of section Barsengir–Atasu
of the main oil pipeline (MOP) Pavlodar–Shymkent.
MOP Pavlodar–Shymkent section reconstruction project was implemented to
ensure the pipeline capacity in the reverse direction on the section of the main
oil pumping station (MOPS) named after B. Dzhumagaliyev–OPS Barsengir–MOPS
Atasu in the amount of KZT20 mln a year. These works were carried out within the
framework of a large international project "The second phase of the second stage
of construction of the pipeline Kazakhstan–China. The increase in productivity
of up to 20 mln tons a year."
As part of the reconstruction the installation of 19 km of the pipeline of the
section of the pipeline Barsengir–Atasu MOP Pavlodar–Shymkent was performed,
the cleaning and diagnostics tools launch-reception pipeline chamber device,
linear unit and others were installed. The cost of works is KZT4.1 bn, all
works were completed on time. An act of the state acceptance commission on the
acceptance of the completed project was signed on June 29, 2015.
