/IRBIS, Sep 29, 00/ - By September 29 capitalisation of the exchange market for securities of Kazakhstan totalled $1,329.0 mln. The market capitalisation decreased by $4.7 mln during the last calendar week. The decline in market value of following securities played major role in the decrease: - ordinary shares of Bayan-Sulu OJSC (BSUL, official list of KASE securities, category "B") - 5.9 times; - ordinary shares of VALUT-TRANSIT BANK OJSC (VTBN, official list of KASE securities, category "B") - by 4.6%. The raise in market value of presented securities compensated decline in capitalisation: - preferred shares of VALUT-TRANSIT BANK OJSC (VTBNp, official list of KASE securities, category "B") - by 33.20%; - preferred shares of Kazakhtelecom (KZTKp, official list of KASE securities, category "A") - by 4.3%; Currently, 74 instruments of 53 issuers can be traded at the trade floor of the KASE.
