Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank imposed administrative sanction

/KASE, June 15, 15/ – Subsidiary Bank "Alfa-Bank" JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that by a Resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan of June 11, 2015, it was imposed an administrative sanction for "untimely disclosure of information according to the procedure and on terms specified by the legislation of Republic of Kazakhstan (263 Administrative Violations Code)".
