In May number of individual accounts involved in shares transactions on KASE increased by 28 %

/KASE, June 12, 15/ – In May 2015 the number of individual accounts involved in shares transactions on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), increased by 28 % compared with the previous month. At the same time the percentage of individuals in the gross turnover of shares in monetary terms decreased to 55.3 % from 56.6 % in April. As of the end of May there were 100,675 personal accounts at Central Securities Depository JSC (hereinafter – CD) opened by individuals, which is by 648 accounts more than at the end of the previous month, and by 1,155 accounts more than at the beginning of 2015.
