/KASE, June 12, 15/ – Kcell JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following information statement: quote Based on the resolution of the Specialized Inter-District Administrative Court of Almaty No.9-19 of May 13, 2015 Kcell JSC was brought to administrative responsibility by imposing an administrative penalty in the form of a fine of 1,600 (one thousand six hundred) monthly calculation indices in the amount of KZT3,171,200 (three million one hundred seventy one thousand two hundred) for committing an administrative offense under Article 162 of Kazakhstan Administrative Violations Code.
