Bonds KZP02Y10E531 (KZ2C00003291, CAEPb2) of Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation underwent listing on KASE in other debt securities category

/KASE, June 11, 15/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of June 10, 2015, bonds KZP02Y10E531 (KZ2C00003291; KZT100, KZT5.0 bn, 10 years, fixed semi-annual coupon 6.0 % p.a., 30/360) of Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation JSC (Almaty) were included in the other debt securities category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the named issuer fulfills terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally. The mentioned bonds issue is the second one under the first bond program of Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation JSC registered by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of Kazakhstan on September 10, 2013 to the total amount of KZT15.0 bn and the second issue of the said issuer's "internal" bonds which underwent a listing procedure on KASE. Investment House "Astana-Invest" JSC (Almaty) is the financial adviser and underwriter of Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation JSC. Centras Securities JSC (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said bonds. The said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) CAEPb2.
