/KASE, June 10, 15/ – Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation JSC
(Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose bonds are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a
letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated June 3, 2015 on approval of the report on results of offering of
the company's shares.
According to the letter provided:
- National Bank approved the report on results of placement of the
company's shares in the period from October 11, 2014 to April 10, 2015;
- During the period under review no shares of the company were offered;
as of April 10, 2015 13, 048, 867 ordinary shares of the company
remained unplaced; its share capital equaled to KZT46,043,271.99.
