/KASE, June 4, 15/ – Subsidiary Bank "Alfa-Bank" JSC (Almaty), bonds of
which are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided
to KASE a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated June 1, 2015 on approval of the report on results of
placement of bonds KZP02Y05C980 (KZ2C00002434, KASE official list, "other
debt securities" category, ALBNb3) for the period from November 5, 2014 to
May 4, 2015.
According to the letter provided, none of these bonds were offered in the
period under review; as of May 4, 2015, 1,494,000 of the mentioned bonds were
unplaced.
