/KASE, May 29, 15/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of May 28, 2015, bonds KZ2P0Y07E951 (KZ2P00003239; KZT1, KZT70.0 bn; 7 years, fixed annual coupon 10.5 % APR, 30/360) of ALMA-TV LLP (Almaty) were included in the "other debt securities" category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the named issuer fulfills terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally. The issue of the mentioned bonds is the first issue of "internal" bonds of ALMA-TV LLP, underwent a listing procedure on KASE. ZIM Capital JSC (Almaty) is the financial advisor of ALMA-TV LLP and representative of holders of the mentioned bonds. The said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) ALTVb1.
