/KASE, May 26, 15/ – Subsidiary bank "Alfa-Bank" JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter
informed KASE of decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders
held on May 25, 2015.
