Samruk-Energy drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, May 4, 15/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of its having been drawn to administrative responsibility following the resolution of Astana labour inspection authority on April 21, 2015 for violation by Samruk-Energy of item 5 of article 134 of Kazakhstan's Labour Code expressed in violation of the deadline for payment of money payable to employees at dismissal responsibility for which is provided for in article 87 part 1 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code".
