/KASE, May 4, 15/ – Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance" JSC (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated April 22, 2015 on approval by the National Bank
of the report on results of offering of bonds KZP01Y05E657 (KZ2C00002517, KASE
official list, other debt securities category, HCBNb2) of Subsidiary Bank
"Home Credit and Finance" JSC for the period from August 12, 2014 to
February 11, 2015.
According to the letter provided, the mentioned bonds were not offered in the
said period; as of August 11, 2015 8,231,498 of the said bonds remained
unplaced.
