Eastcomtrans announces buyback of 12.5 mln own international bonds XS0918292151 (ECTRe1)

/KASE, April 28, 15/ – Eastcomtrans LLP (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on April 22, 2015 the Company bought back at the market price part of its Eurobonds (ISIN XS0918292151, ECTRe1) in the number of 12,500,000 at a face value of USD12,500,000 the Company annuls Eurobonds bought back in compliance with the Issue prospectus of securities dated April 18, 2013".
