Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" says agency Fitch Ratings assigned ratings to bank and bonds

/KASE, April 21, 15/ – Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" JSC
(Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of
the following:

... rating agency Fitch as of April 17, 2014 assigned to the Bank the following
credit ratings:
Long-term Issuer Default Ratings (hereinafter – IDR) in foreign and national
currency were downgraded from "В+" to "В"; outlook "Stable".
Short-term IDR in foreign currency was affirmed at "В".
National long-term rating was downgraded from "ВВВ(kaz)" to "BB+(kaz)"; outlook
"Stable".
Financial stability rating was affirmed at "b".
Support rating was affirmed at "4".
Rating of senior unsecured debt was lowered from "В+" to "B" (Bank's bonds NIN
KZP01Y03E546, ISIN KZ2C00002442; NINKZP01Y05E657, ISIN KZ2C00002517).
National rating of senior unsecured debt was lowered from "ВВВ(kaz)" to
"BB+(kaz)".
