/KASE, April 9, 15/ – KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following: quote Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in respect of the Company has drawn up the Protocols in accordance with the following information: • the decision on imposing an administrative penalty No.5 of March 19, 2015, in connection with violation of clause 3 of Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On natural monopolies and regulated markets" according to which a natural monopoly entity shall provide equal conditions to consumers of regulated services (goods, works), except as in cases of rendering regulated services (goods, works) with the benefits and privileges established by the legislation Republic of Kazakhstan, including equal access to regulated services (goods, works) in the manner approved by the competent authority, with the exception of access to services of product transportation through pipelines the procedure for which is established by law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the main pipeline"; • report on an administrative offense No. 6 of March 27, 2015 in connection with violation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On natural monopolies and regulated markets", requiring implementation of the instruction of the authorized body by natural monopoly entities, regulated markets, state bodies and their heads within the period prescribed by decisions (orders), but within thirty days after the date they were received, however the Company failed to comply with the agreed deadlines, on the basis of which the Company was brought to administrative liability under p. 3, Article 462 of the Administrative Violations Code: namely, the action (or inaction) in implementing the decision (order) of the authorized body not contradicting the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. unquote [2015-04-09]
