/KASE, March 20, 15/ – Subsidiary Organization JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has provided to KASE a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) of March 11, 2015 on approval of the report on
results of redemption of bonds KZ2C0Y04D904 (KZ2C00000131, BVTBb1) of Subsidiary
Organization JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty).
According to the report provided, as of December 15, 2014 bonds of this issue
were redeemed in full.
The report on results of redemption of these bonds and letter of National Bank
