/KASE, March 16, 15/ – Caspi neft JSC (Atyrau, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following: quote Following a decision of Precious Oil Products Investments B.V., the sole shareholder of the Company, of November 27, 2014 payment of dividends to the sole shareholder of the Company based on results of the first half-year of 2014 to the amount of KZT13,331,978,371.86 was approved. Dividends based on results of the first half-year of 2014 per ordinary share makes KZT1,333,197.84. On December 12, 2014 the Company paid the first tranche of dividends to the amount of KZT4,443,992,789.52 (equivalent of USD24,457,857.95 as of the payment date). On January 12, 2015 the Company paid the second tranche of dividends to the amount of KZT4,443,992,790.60 (equivalent of USD24,277,480.42 as of the payment date).
