/KASE, March 12, 15/ – KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding JSC (Astana), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided
KASE with copies of registered changes and additions in the issue prospectus of
the its bonds KZ2C0Y05E065 (KZ2C00001634, KASE official list, buffer
category, KASTb3) and a certificate of state registration of a securities issue
of February 23, 2015 replacing the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
changes and additions in the bank's bonds issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to change of the circulation period
of the said bonds;
- the circulation period of the said bonds was extended from five to 18 years;
- national identification number of the said bonds changed from
KZ2C0Y05E065 to KZ2C0Y18E068;
- the said bonds issue was entered in the State registry of serial securities
under No. Е06.
Changes and additions in the bonds issue prospectus were published on KASE
website in Kazakh and Russian at
