In February number of individual accounts involved in shares transactions on KASE decreased by 9 %

/KASE, March 11, 15/ – In February 2015 the number of individual accounts involved in transactions in shares on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), decreased by 9 % as compared to the previous month. While the percentage of individuals in the gross turnover of shares in monetary terms decreased to 55.1 % from 56.3 % in January. As of the end of February at Central Securities Depository JSC (hereinafter – CSD) there were 98,506 personal accounts opened by individuals, which is by 203 accounts more than at the end of the previous month, and by 43,652 accounts more than at the beginning of 2014.
