National Bank approves report on results of offering of Temirbank bonds KZP07Y20B550 (KZ2C00000065, TEBNb10) from May 30 to November 29, 2014

/KASE, March 11, 15/ – Temirbank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of February 19, 2015, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP07Y20B550 (KZ2C00000065, KASE official list, other debt securities category, TEBNb10) of Temirbank JSC for the period from May 30 to November 29, 2014. According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the reporting period; as of November 29, 2014, 252,507,692,965 pieces of the mentioned bonds remained unplaced. [2015-03-11]
