/KASE, February 26, 15/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the Company),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an
official letter informed KASE that "the credit rating service Standard & Poor's
downgraded the long-term credit rating and rating on national scale of the
Company to "ВВ" and "kzA+" accordingly. Outlook – "Stable"".
