Repeated general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2C0Y05E065 (KZ2C00001634, KASTb3) of KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding scheduled for February 10, 2015

/KASE, February 9, 15/ – KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on February 10, 2015 at 11:00 o'clock a repeated general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2C0Y05E065 (KZ2C00001634, KASE official list, buffer category, KASTb3) will be held. The sole item on the meeting agenda is as follows "additions and amnedments to the prospectus of the Company's bonds (NIN KZ2C0Y05E065), providing for the restructuring of conditions of the bond issue as part of the rehabilitation process of KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding JSC according to the decision of specialized inter-district economic court of Astana of 05.11.2014.".
