/KASE, February 9, 15/ – Subsidiary Organization JSC VTB Bank (Kazakhstan)
(Almaty, hereinafter – then Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of
Standard & Poor's downgrading on February 4, 2015 the Bank's rating from level
"ВВ+/Negative/В" to "ВВ/Negative/В" on global scale and from "kzAA-" to "kzA+"
on national scale".
