officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter
informed KASE of the following:

ISIN – KZ2C00001634) hereby notifies you of withdrawal as of February 2, 2015
by rating agency Expert RA Kazakhstan of the creditworthiness rating of the
Company and reliability rating of bonds due to expiry of their validity and the
Company's refusal to update ratings and optionality of a rating, according to
new requirements for a Company's presence on the stock market, as well as
applying to the Company of rehabilitation measures.
