KazTransOil drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, January 29, 15/ – KazTransOil JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that based on a Resolution of Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court of Astana of January 22, 2015 "for an administrative violation case provided for in part 1 of article 209 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code of January 30, 2001, KazTransOil JSC was drawn to administrative responsibility in form of penalty to the amount of 50 (fifty) percent of the calculated amount of taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget for the period between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2010, which makes up KZT53,566,530 (fifty three million five hundred sixty six thousand five hundred thirty).".
