officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter
informed KASE of the following:

No General Meeting of bondholders (NIN KZ2C0Y10D695) will be held on
January 27, 2015 and January 28, 2015 does not take place in connection with
the date extension.
A new date of the meeting of bondholders of SevKazEnergo JSC will be
announced later.
