/KASE, January 20, 15/ – KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter
informed KASE that "the ruling of Astana special inter-district economic court
No. 02-4486/14 of December 24, 2014 on approval of the Company's rehabilitation
plan came into effect on January 12, 2015".
