Pension Assets Investment Management Company ZHETYSU excluded from members of KASE in stock category following voluntary waiver of membership

/KASE, January 16, 15/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Board of Directors, Pension Assets Investment Management Company ZHETYSU JSC from January 16, 2015 was excluded from members of KASE in "stock" category following voluntary waiver of membership. That means that Pension Assets Investment Management Company ZHETYSU JSC (Almaty) is no longer a member of KASE and not allowed to trade on KASE in securities listed on KASE. This decision was taken in accordance with sub-items 1) and 2) of item 1 of Article 12 of KASE internal document "Regulations on Membership" based on an official letter from Pension Assets Investment Management Company ZHETYSU JSC on its exclusion from members of the stock market due voluntary liquidation.
