ORDINARY SHARES (KZ1C34930012, KEGC) OF KEGOC ADMITTED TO KASE REPRESENTATIVE LIST FROM FEBRUARY 1

/KASE, January 15, 15/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informs that based on the Committee on Indices and Securities Valuation decision of January 15, 2015 in compliance with the KASE internal documents "Methodology of Stock Market Indices Calculation" (the Methodology) the representative list of shares for KASE index calculation from February 1, 2013 (the List) was determined. In accordance with this decision, in addition to the equity securities already present in the List, from February 01, 2015, ordinary shares KZ1C34930012 (KZ1C00000959, KASE official list, first category, KEGC) of Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company JSC (KEGOC) (Astana) will be admitted to it. The decision to admit these shares to the List was adopted by the Committee for objective facts confirming potential liquidity of these shares. These factors include the current trading volumes, the number of accounts involved in trading, as well as the results of subscription to these securities.
