/KASE, January 12, 15/ – Caspi neft JSC (Atyrau, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following: quote Following a decision of Precious Oil Products Investments B.V., the sole shareholder of the Company, of November 27, 2014 payment to the Company's sole shareholder of dividends on Company shares due for the first half-year of 2014 was approved to the amount of KZT13,331,978,371.86 (thirteen billion three hundred thirty one million nine hundred seventy eight thousand three hundred seventy one tenge 86 tyiyn). Dividend per ordinary share based on results of the first half-year of 2014 makes up KZT1,333,197.84 (one million three hundred thirty three thousand one hundred ninety seven tenge 84 tyiyn).
