KazTransOil drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, January 12, 15/ – KazTransOil JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of its being drawn to administrative responsibility following Resolution of the Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 2014 "for administrative breach in form of actions provided for in part three of Article 147-5 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code... in form of a fine of 2,000 monthly calculation indexes in the amount of KZT3,704,000 (three million seven hundred four thousand)".
