/KASE, January 8, 15/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Listing Commission of January 8, 2015, bonds KZP01Y10E855
(KZ2C00003077; KZT10,000, KZT170.0 bn; 10 years, fixed semi-annual
coupon 7.50 % p.a., 30/360) of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty)
were included in the Other Securities category of KASE official list.
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of December 30, 2014 after the
named issuer fulfilled terms set in item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal
document "Listing Rules".
Halyk Finance JSC, subsidiary organization of Halyk Savings Bank of
Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty), is the underwriter of Halyk Savings Bank of
Kazakhstan JSC.
BCC Invest JSC, subsidiary organization of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty),
is the representative of holders of the said bonds.
The said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) HSBKb19.
