/KASE, December 29, 14/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission as of December 25,
2014, bonds KZP01Y10E814 (KZ2C00002988; KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn;
December 29, 2014 – December 29, 2024, fixed semi-annual coupon 8.0 % p.a.,
30/360) of National managing holding "KazAgro" JSC (Astana) were included
in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list.
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of December 29, 2014 after the
named issuer fulfilled terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Centras Securities JSC (Almaty) is the financial advisor of National managing
holding "KazAgro" JSC.
BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC) (Almaty) is the
representative of holders of the said bonds.
The said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) KZAGb2.
