/KASE, December 26, 14/ – Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation JSC
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic
of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated December 18, 2014, according to which the
National Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds
KZP01Y10E533 (KZ2C00002426, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category,
CAEPb1; KZT100, KZT10.0 bn; November 6, 2013 – November 6, 2023, semi-annual
coupon 6.00 % p.a., 30/360) of Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation JSC for
period from May 7 to November 6, 2014.
According to the letter provided, as of November 6, 2014, 77,238,170 bonds
remained unplaced.
