/KASE, December 26, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Listing Commission as of December 25, 2014, bonds KZ2P0Y05Е781
(KZ2C00002970; KZT10,000, KZT20.0 bn; 5 years, fixed semi-annual coupon
9.0 % p.a., 30/360) of Bolat Nurzhanov Ekibastuz GRES-1 LLP (Ekibastuz) were
included in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list.
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of December 26, 2014 after the
named issuer fulfilled terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally.

Nurzhanov Ekibastuz GRES-1 LLP.
