/KASE, December 26, 14/ – As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission as of December 25, 2014,
bonds KZP06Y07D217 (KZ2C00002996; KZT100, KZT35.0 bn; 7 years, fixed
semi-annual coupon 8.5 % p.a., 30/360) of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty) were
included in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list.
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of December 26, 2014 after the
named issuer fulfilled terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally.
Centras Securities JSC (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said
bonds.
The said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) CCBNb26.
