/KASE, December 25, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission as of December 25, 2014, bonds KZ2P0Y05Е781 (KZ2C00002970; KZT10,000, KZT20.0 bn; 5 years, fixed semi-annual coupon 9.0 % p.a., 30/360) of Bolat Nurzhanov Ekibastuz GRES-1 LLP (Ekibastuz) were included in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the named issuer fulfills terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally. The issue of the mentioned bonds is the second issue of "internal" bonds of the mentioned issuer which underwent listing on KASE.
