/KASE, December 22, 14/ – As was announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission dated December 11, 2014
ordinary shares KZ1C59680013 (ISIN – KZ1C00001015) of BAST JSC (Karagandy) have
been included in the third category of KASE official list.
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of December 22, 2014 after the
issuer fulfills terms set in item 1 of Article 18 of KASE internal document
"Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these shares will also be announced additionally.
BCC Invest JSC - Subsidiary Organization of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty) is
the financial advisor of BAST JSC.
The said shares have been assigned abbreviation (trade code) BAST.
