/KASE, December 15, 14/ – KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a
copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) dated December 2, 2014 according to which, the National Bank approved the
report on results of offering of bonds KZP01Y05E590 (KZ2C00002483, KASE official
list, Rated Debt Securities, KTGAb1; KZT1,000, KZT12.4 bn; December 27, 2013 –
December 27, 2018, fixed semi-annual coupon 7.50 % p.a., 30/360) of KazTransGas
Aimak JSC for the period from December 27, 2013 to June 27, 2014.
According to the letter provided, as of June 27, 2014 3,780,466 of the said
bonds remained unplaced.
