/KASE, December 9, 14/ – Temirbank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a
letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of
November 27, 2014, according to which the National Bank approved the report on
results of offering of bonds KZP02Y15C336 (KZ2C00000081, KASE official list,
Rated Debt Securities category, TEBNb18, KZT0.01, KZT8.0 bn; April 14, 2007 –
April 14, 2022, semi-annual coupon 8.00 %; 30/360) for the period from April 15
to October 14, 2014.
According to letter provided as of October 14, 2014, 755,786,258,421 piece of
the mentioned bonds remained unplaced.
