Regular meeting of KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding scheduled for December 18, 2014

/KASE, December 3, 14/ – KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on December 18, 2014 at 10:00 o'clock a meeting of creditors will begin, with the agenda as follows: - agreeing of the rehabilitation plan for the company; - taking a decision on creation of the creditors committee; - defining the number and approval of the composition of the creditors committee; - taking a decision on retaining or cancelling of the right of the owner of the debtor's assets (authorized body), founders (participants) to manage assets and affairs of the debtor from the moment of approval of the rehabilitation plan; - defining the amount of payment of the principal remuneration to the temporary administrator and rehabilitation manager; - assigning other transactions to the category of those carried out outside of customary commercial transactions.
