/KASE, November 28, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Management Board as of December 2, 2014 trading in bonds KZ2C0Y17C783
(KZ2C00001493, KASE official list, buffer category, ALTMb1; KZT1, KZT2.0 bn;
November 1, 2007 – November 1, 2024, semi-annual coupon 4.0 % APR; 30/360) of
Almatytemir JSC (Almaty) will be resumed on KASE.
The trading was suspended on KASE from November 7, 2014 until the date following
the day of receipt by the exchange of changes in the issue prospectus of the
mentioned bonds and confirmation from the Central Securities Depository JSC
(Almaty) of resumption of offering and circulation of the mentioned bonds in its
accounting system.
This decision of Management Board was taken in relation to receipt from KASE
of the above-mentioned documents.
