Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation JSC completes the transaction
involving purchase of 48.41% shares of Akmola distributing electric network
company JSC from minority shareholders.
Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation (CAEEC) purchased a 48.41% stake
in Akmola distributing electric network company (ADENC), thus consolidating
100% of shares of the company. Earlier, in July 2014 51.59% shares of the
Company were handed over to the share capital of CAEEC by its controlling
shareholder – Central Asian Fuel and Energy Company".
