KazTransGas Aimak Board of Directors takes decision to increase number of ordinary shares by 145,546 pieces

/KASE, November 24, 14/ – KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of a decision of the Board of Directors "to increase the number of authorized ordinary shares of KazTransGas Aimak JSC by 145,546 pieces at an offering price of KZT10,000 per ordinary share and offer them by way of payments in kind of gas pipelines of high, medium and low pressure and accompanying facilities, land plots situated in Aktobe region of Republic of Kazakhstan, to the amount of KZT1,455,453,256, as well as cash to the amount of KZT6,744".
