Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" says agency Fitch Ratings assigned ratings to bank and bonds

/KASE, November 18, 14/ – Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" JSC
(Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter of November 17, 2014
informed KASE of the following:

following credit ratings:
Long-term Issuer Default Ratings (hereinafter – IDR) in foreign and national
currency were downgraded from "ВВ-" to "В+"; outlook "Negative".
Short-term IDR in foreign currency was affirmed at "В".
National long-term rating was downgraded from "ВВВ+(kaz)" to "BBB(kaz)";
outlook "Negative".
Financial stability rating was affirmed at "b".
Support rating was downgraded from "3" to "4".
Rating of senior unsecured debt was lowered from "ВВ-" to "B+" (Bank's bonds
NIN KZP01Y03E546, ISIN KZ2C00002442; NIN KZP01Y05E657, ISIN KZ2C00002517).
National rating of senior unsecured debt was lowered from "ВВВ+(kaz)" to
"BBB(kaz)"; outlook "Negative".
