/KASE, November 18, 14/ – Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter of November 17, 2014 informed KASE of the following: quote ... rating agency Fitch as of November 11, 2014 assigned to the Bank the following credit ratings: Long-term Issuer Default Ratings (hereinafter – IDR) in foreign and national currency were downgraded from "ВВ-" to "В+"; outlook "Negative". Short-term IDR in foreign currency was affirmed at "В". National long-term rating was downgraded from "ВВВ+(kaz)" to "BBB(kaz)"; outlook "Negative". Financial stability rating was affirmed at "b".
