/KASE, November 11, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Management Board of November 11, 2014, suspension of trading in bonds
KZ2C0Y17C783 (KZ2C00001493, KASE official list, buffer category, ALTMb1; KZT1,
KZT2.0 bn; November 1, 2007 – November 1, 2024, semi-annual coupon 4.0 % APR;
30/360) of Almatytemir JSC (Almaty) was extended.
The trading suspension was extended until the day following the day of receipt
by the exchange of changes in the issue prospectus of the mentioned bonds
and confirmation from the Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) of
resumption of offering and circulation of the mentioned bonds in its accounting
system.
