officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), today by an official
letter informed KASE of the following:

committee of RA RFCA dated October 23, 2014 long-term credit rating of the
company was affirmed at level АА2 and short-term rating at level Р1, rating of
debt liabilities of the bond issue (NIN KZP01Y05E368) was affirmed at level
АА3 and short-term rating at level Р1, outlook "Stable".
