/KASE, October 21, 14/ – Aman Munai Exploration JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), shares of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of October 1, 2014. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized shares of the company (common shares KZ1C59520011 only) is equal to 26,220,170 units; - all authorized shares of the company are outstanding; - the sole shareholder of the company and, accordingly, the sole person holding five and more percent from the total number of outstanding shares of the company is AMAN MUNAI EXPLORATION B.V.
